Our experienced project management team of 10 issue a detailed implementation plan from the outset of the contract which outlines the objectives and key milestones of the project, clearly identifying roles and responsibilities. Typically, LMS is implemented within only 2-6 weeks (depending on the workforce solution). ​​​​

LMS is very intuitive and typically individual users quickly learn to use LMS effectively with only a small amount of training time required, however, we have a dedicated training and support team in place to ensure your team is confident on how to use the system.

There is a dedicated LMS Support Hotline which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Your Trust will be provided with on-site training and a member of Holt Doctor’s client team will be made available for two weeks from the ‘go-live’ date to ensure all Trust users are clear on how the system works.

We also undertake a number of webinars for agencies wishing to join the system and provide paper based manuals to all users.
