Implementation & training

Background image

Each client is very different and the time taken at the beginning of the project to understand your recruitment objectives and requirements is vital.

Our experienced project management team of 10 issue a detailed implementation plan from the outset of the contract which outlines the objectives and key milestones of the project, clearly identifying roles and responsibilities. Typically, LMS is implemented within only 2-6 weeks (depending on the workforce solution).

Throughout the implementation stage, their team provided excellent customer service, ensured the project ran to deadline including the successful roll out of an LMS training programme to all Trust and agency users. Consequently, the system was in operation within only 8 weeks, helping to reduce process costs and better monitor agency performance.

Full training and support

LMS is very intuitive and typically individual users quickly learn to use LMS effectively with only a small amount of training time required, however, we have a dedicated training and support team in place to ensure your team is confident on how to use the system.

There is a dedicated LMS Support Hotline which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Your Trust will be provided with on-site training and a member of Holt Doctor’s client team will be made available for two weeks from the ‘go-live’ date to ensure all Trust users are clear on how the system works.

We also undertake a number of webinars for agencies wishing to join the system and provide paper based manuals to all users.

A lot can be said on whether or not Neutral Vendors actually show efficiency savings when inflated bureaucracy and complicated systems cause the recruitment process to slow down. However one system that is bucking the trend is LMS. We find the system to be intuitive, quick and reliable. The system offers transparency to the user and provides a relatively greater deal of flexibility for the agency - a good all round system that I recommend without hesitation
