Implementation & Training

Each client is very different and the time taken at the beginning of the project to understand your recruitment objectives and requirements is vital. Our experienced project management team of 10 issue a detailed implementation plan from the outset of the contract which outlines the objectives and key milestones of the project, clearly identifying roles and responsibilities. Typically, LMS is implemented within only 2-6 weeks (depending on the workforce solution).

Full training and support

LMS is very intuitive and typically individual users quickly learn to use LMS effectively with only a small amount of training time required, however, we have a dedicated training and support team in place to ensure your team is confident on how to use the system.

There is a dedicated LMS Support Hotline which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Your Trust will be provided with on-site training and a member of Holt Doctor’s client team will be made available for two weeks from the ‘go-live’ date to ensure all Trust users are clear on how the system works.

We also undertake a number of webinars for agencies wishing to join the system and provide paper based manuals to all users.
